Removing Questions

There are two ways to remove a question in Survey Shaper:

  1. Delete the question - this will permanently remove the question from the survey.
  2. Disable the question - the question will be physically retained in the survey, however it will be ignored by Survey Shaper's survey engine.

To delete a question in Survey Shaper:

  1. In the Designer Pane, select the question you wish to delete.
  2. Right mouse-click on the question to access the Quick Menu.
  3. Select 'Delete Object' from the Quick Menu.
  4. When prompted, click 'OK' to confirm deletion, or 'Cancel' if you no longer wish to proceed with deleting the question.

To disable a question in Survey Shaper:

  1. In the Designer Pane, select the question you wish to disable.
  2. In the Properties Pane, check the 09 Disable box. A disabled question will be indicated in the Toolbox by a red 'no' symbol next to the question.
