Quotas

What Is It?

In Survey Shaper, the overall number of completed surveys can be tracked via the Control Panel. For some projects, it is also important to be able to track survey completes according to responses to a particular question. For example, you may wish to keep track of how many males and females have completed the survey. Tracking completes according to identified categories requires the implementation of quotas.

Quotas allow you to:

• Keep track of survey completes according to identified categories;
• Automatically limit the number of completed surveys according to identified categories (quota stops) Survey Quotas; and
• Automatically allocate a respondent to a group based on the lowest count of collective responses of survey participants at any point in time. Least Filled Quotas
